| Brickroom & Porch | There is no rental fee to reserve this space, but there is a $250 deposit required at the time of your booking that will be refunded the day of your event. The Brickroom & Porch is located past the inside bar at Bayou Wine Garden at the entrance to the courtyards. It is perfect for parties of 20-25 people that are looking for an indoor/outdoor feel. This space has a little bit of everything… there are two TVs located inside the Brickroom and one TV located on the Porch. Great for bridal showers, birthday parties, co-ed events, baby showers or just getting together to watch the game. Please note: We are not able to reserve our spaces during Saints & LSU games.
